All rates per minute, excluding VAT. Minimum call charge is 1p (Phone Co-Op) or 4.2p (BT). The Phone Co-Op does not charge any monthly fees or connection charges.

Line rental is available for analogue and digital lines including ISDN2 and ISDN30. Transfers, new installations and conversions are all available.

Transfer will take two weeks and if you sign up for a "like for like transfer" you can retain the calling features you have at present. There is no change of telephone number or dialing (for ISDN30 conversions a number change may be required in some cases). The contract terms are 12 months and thereafter 1 month's notice.

Phone Co-op Line Rental for business users is £12.50 + VAT per month. For ISDN2 lines it is £27.90 + VAT per month per line and ISDN30 £13.67 + VAT per month per channel. There is a transfer fee of £2 + VAT.

Installation of new PSTN lines costs £99.00 + VAT. Installation of an ISDN2 line is £249.00 + VAT and connection of an ISDN30 line costs £1000 +VAT for the first 8 channels.

You can convert your existing PSTN business line to an ISDN2 line for £226.70 + VAT. Convert to Direct Dialling for £100 + VAT.

The Phone Co-op will provide a fault repair service. The Care Levels of service and prices are:

• Standard - Operates during working hours 0800-1700 hours Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays. Price: Free (included in line rental)
• Standard Plus - Operates during the period 0800-1700 hours Monday to Saturday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays. Where a fault is reported out of normal working hours, the fault will be treated as if it has been reported at the beginning of the next working day. Price: £2.00 per month + VAT and included in ISDN30 line rental.
• High Care - Operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including Bank and Public Holidays. Price: £5.00 per month + VAT
